Kwantum announces the addition of Sandra Miller, VP Consumer Insights
We’re happy to announce Sandra Miller has joined the Kwantum team. Sandra is a seasoned marketing and analytics executive having led the marketing research teams at Dell & Compaq (HP). She will be helping us with insights generation at which she is incredible, and also with client development and qualitative methods. While Kwantum is a quantitative analytics firm, it is not uncommon for large scale analytics projects to include some aspect of qualitative in order to create a more human story. Sandra is an accomplished storyteller with the ability to weave a mosaic of facts, data, interviews and trends into a compelling narrative.
Sandra is an academically trained (M.A.) social scientist with a demonstrated expertise in applied quantitative analysis in CPG, technology, healthcare and entertainment. She has worked on a variety of projects including advertising testing, customer loyalty measurement, marketing mix modeling, and segmentation research. Though she proudly flies the quant jock flag, Sandra is well versed in qualitative methods, having conducted thousands of focus groups, dyads and executive interviews to aid in survey development and deep segment profiling, as well as ethnographic studies to guide user experience, product and service/support design.
Her previous roles include head of global Marketing Research for Dell Computer, director of customer experience research for Compaq Computer (HP), and co-founder of a healthcare technology software startup, acting as the chief marketing officer for the first Salesforce ISV in international healthcare.
Sandra lives with her family in San Francisco where she can be found running local trails with her chocolate Labrador, Jake.
